Welcome to Regazzi Law, LLC. We are glad you are considering us for help with your financial situation.
While our firm is newly formed, we are far from new. Between my colleague Steve Mazer and I, we have decades of experience practicing New Mexico bankruptcy law.
We’ve joined together because we share a passion for consumer advocacy and the same core values of representing every client with integrity, respect and personal service.
Our New Mexico Bankruptcy Law Experience
In our combined experience of over 46 years, we have assisted hundreds of clients with both simple and complex New Mexico Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
In addition to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, we handle matters involving Chapter 11 and Chapter 12, negotiations with creditors and lawsuits against them, mortgage modifications and foreclosure defense as well as all kinds of “special” bankruptcy situations, including tax arrears and student loans.
In short, we handle virtually all types of cases. Even if we don’t handle a particular matter, it’s highly likely that we know an excellent lawyer who does. Call us, and we can help you get the assistance you need.
Things We Do To Help
We will advise you on the advantages and disadvantages of bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy solutions. We will help you gather the necessary documentation. We will prepare you for mandatory creditor meetings (also known as 341 meetings). We will walk you through every step of the process, and we will fight for you, in the courtroom and elsewhere. Above all else, we will treat you with honesty, fairness and respect, because we don’t believe in any other way of practicing law.
